Today on CP you will get a red scope on your EPF phone and when you click "go there" it leads you to the EPF and click on the Field Op system and you wil get this!
Press continue and the Field op will be at the Box Demention, some people don't have it but the Puffle Party is tomorrow so it would probally be a free item so you can get the Field Op.
This is the mission you will have to do after the green scope is blinking and once you click on it.
After you have done this, your Spy Phone will ring. Answer your Spy Phone. You're going to have to power up the chipset, then your done!
