Click on your EPF phone and there will be a new Message from Gary the Gadget Guy saying something about Herbert and telling Rookie to be extra careful so he doesn't help Herbert or anything to his suspecious plans here is a picture of the message:
If you can't see it correctly here is what it says: "Be careful this week not to tip off Herbert about the hidden message we found. Rookie - please be extra careful. Don't worry, this channel is secure." I wonder what the secret message was...you heard him be careful.
